OHCSF Partners CIPM For Transformative, Efficient Service Delivery
The Office of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF) has concluded arrangements to partner with the Management of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) aimed at transforming the Civil Service for result-oriented and efficient service delivery to the public.
Dr. Folasade Yemi-Esan, the Acting Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, who stated this at the weekend in Abuja when she received in audience the management of the CIPM team chosen to work with a dedicated Project Management Team (PMT) from the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation.
Yemi-Esan pledged continuous commitment to engaging and partnering with CIPM towards positively transforming the Federal Civil Service.
CIPM is expected to partner the Office of the Head of the Civil Service in the Design and Implementation of Performance Management Systems, support for Manpower Development Institutes, Internship Programmes and Data and Analytics.
Speaking further, the Acting Head of the Civil Service of the Federation appreciated the Chartered Institute for expanding the scope of engagement from two thematic areas to four, also assuring them of the competency of the constituted Project Management Team (PMT).
She further urged them to review the already proposed timelines with a view to evaluating performance of the programme after the first six months of the assignment.
